First Info Line is a telephone inquiry system that allows First
Federal Bank customers to access their account information with
a touch tone phone, 24 -hours a day, seven days a week. It's quick,
it's easy, and it provides accurate information directly from
our computer system.

FIRST INFO LINE YOU CAN:

your account balance.
- See
if certain checks have cleared.
- Verify
recent deposits.
- Check
maturity dates on C/D.'s.
- Monitor
accred interest.
- Hear
current deposit rates.
- Get
selected auto loan rates.
- Get
selected home improvement loan rates.
- Hear
selected mortgage loan rates.
- Verify
payments on loans.
- Monitor
interest paid on loans.
- Check
principal balance of loans.
- Check
next payment date on loans.

To access account information through the First Info Line from
a Kansas City area phone, call (816) 245-4300.
There is no fee to use the First Info Line telephone inquiry system.
You may use the system for as many inquiries as you need. It's
all a part of the service provided to help make your banking more
convenient.
HOW
IT WORKS:
- Call
(816) 245-4300.
- Listen
to the options given.
- Select
the category you wish to access and press the corresponding
number.
- Listen
to the options given and press the corresponding number for
further information.
- Enter your
account number as it appears on your check for checking accounts
or on your statement for all other accounts. (See Picture)

- Enter
the last 4-digits of your Social Security number. (First time
users only)
- Enter
a 4-digit personal identification number (PIN).
- The
system will give you the information you requested.
- You
will have the opportunity to do additional inquiries or end
the call.
When
Using the First Info Line During Regular Business Hours, You Can
Press"0" at Any Time to Speak to a Service Representative.
