First Federal offers a variety of conventional fixed rate and adjustable rate mortgages (ARM's), FHA & VA loans for owner occupied single family mortgages, with repayment terms up to 30 years. Construction and Construction Permanent loans are available to build your dream home. Investment property loans are available to start your way to financial independence. There is no minimum loan amount for most types of loans and many programs are available for jumbo loans up to $1,000,000.
