Just click on the rate button to find the right mortgage rate for you. Loan rates are based on 60 day rate lock period with a 750 credit score. Please call for a rate quote that fits your loan criteria and loan terms.

Based on 30 year term. Rate may be increased after consummation.

Loan amounts outside of these ranges are available but may be at different Rate/Point combinations.

Additional Loan Programs are available.

A loan greater than $417,000 is a jumbo loan.
Construction-Perm loans are available. This is a combination loan with a 12 month interest-only period followed by regular 360 monthly payments.

Loan Modification and Loan Conversion programs available.

Modifications are 15 day locks. Loan must close within 15 days of lock-in date. Rates assume a 740+ credit score. Price adjustments may apply.

Rates are published by 10:00 a.m. on normal working days for Modifications & Conversions. Modifications may be locked between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. There is no overnight rate protection offered for Modifications and Conversions.

Mod fee: Loan amounts > $250,000 are $1,500. Loan amounts < or =$250,000 is $1,100.
